Community Schools

Community schools in Egypt aim to improve educational opportunities for children in remote and underserved areas by providing comprehensive support to community schools that offer basic education to the most disadvantaged children. The campaign’s goals include:

• Providing necessary funding: To support school operations and supply educational materials and resources, such as books, learning tools, and modern technologies
• Training and equipping teachers: To ensure the quality of education by developing teachers’ skills and offering specialized training programs.
• Supporting school infrastructure: By providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children, including the construction or maintenance of buildings, and equipping schools with sanitary facilities and clean water sources.
• Raising awareness of the importance of community education: Through awareness campaigns that encourage families to send their children to these schools and highlight the impact of education on children’s and community development.
• Providing support programs for children: Such as school meals and health care, to encourage regular attendance and improve their overall health.
