Kidney Treatment Center – Youssef El-Seddik Village, Fayoum
Atfal Masr Foundation aims to enhance healthcare services for kidney patients in Youssef El-Seddik village and surrounding areas in Fayoum Governorate. This project seeks to establish a fully equipped center providing comprehensive and affordable—or free—medical care, easing the daily struggles of patients suffering from kidney failure.
Project Significance
Expected Beneficiaries: The center is projected to serve 200 to 300 patients per month in its initial phase.
The region faces a severe shortage of medical services, with around 280 registered patients in Youssef El-Seddik, Al-Shawashna, and Itsa centers urgently needing sustainable kidney care.
Implementation Phases and Costs
1- Construction and Infrastructure
Includes civil works, plumbing, electrical installations, and final finishes.
Total Construction Cost: EGP 5,000,000.
Amount Needed for Completion: EGP 2,853,000.
2- Internal Facilities
Equipping dialysis rooms, waiting areas, administrative offices, and health facilities.
Estimated Cost: EGP 2,400,000.
3- Medical Equipment
The center will be equipped with 20 advanced dialysis machines and other essential medical devices.
Total Cost of Medical Equipment: EGP 14,207,000.

Autoclave sterilizer with a capacity of 75 liters.
Fully equipped medical beds and appropriate furniture for the center.

The total estimated cost for the project is EGP 19,500,000, covering construction, facilities, and medical equipment.
